last night was the start to our very long weekend (mas has thursday and friday off!) so we treated it as friday movie night. we ran down the street to the little mexican hut, ordered burritos, ate them on our porch while watching the sunset and then turned on The Kite Runner. in the past couple of years mas and i have pretty much stopped going to theaters ... netflix has changed our lives ... so despite the mass amount of press, and my love for the book, this was our first time seeing it.
